Having this guy inspected at a Toyota dealer tomorrow morning. What’s OPPOs thoughts?

Np considering Toyota tax. Frame looks fine in the couple shots that show it so that’s impressive for the price.

As long as the inspection shows none of the well-known rust issues from that era it’s a very NP.

Yeah, that’s why I’m having it inspected at a Toyota dealer instead of an indy shop. If it’s eligible for some of the rust related recalls I’d like to know right off what the options are.

My dad has a 2000 Tundra that sometimes shows up in the background of my pictures. I don’t think he would buy another Toyota truck. But honestly, it hasn’t been a mechanical nightmare. It just wears poorly and something up front broke in the drivetrain that meant his front wheel came loose and was lodged under the truck while going about 60mph. Oh and there was a recall for corrosion just a few years ago where they had to take the bed (maybe the cab too but I don’t remember that) off of the frame and coat it. But for $3300? I guess it’s a nice price if it’s in mechanically sound shape.
